My work combines conflict resolution, restorative practices, and organizational change, with the goal of creating safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces for all.
I work with organizations and workplace teams to strengthen relationships, create a sense of community, and repair harm when it occurs. I also facilitate large-scale dialogue processes to de-escalate conflict and harm in communities.
❋ Restorative Practices
I lead trainings on bias, privilege, and responding to microaggressions. I support individuals involved in hate and bias incidents through coaching and accountability processes to heal from and repair harm. I facilitate affinity group discussions around Jewish identity, LGBTQ+ communities, sexual abuse, and white privilege.

My approach involves partnering with leadership staff to create a culture of positive communication and conflict skills at all levels of the organization.

I facilitate conversations to address conflict, harm, and relationship repair. I provide mediation, conflict coaching, and conflict skills trainings, tailored to meet the needs of the client.
