My work combines conflict resolution, restorative practices, and organizational change—with the goal of creating safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces for all.
I work with families, organizations, and workplace teams to strengthen relationships, create a sense of community, and repair harm when it occurs. I also facilitate large scale dialogue processes in order to de-escalate conflict and harm in communities.

I offer trainings on bias, privilege, and microaggressions. I support individuals involved in hate and bias incidents through coaching and accountability processes. I also facilitate affinity groups around 2SLGBTQI+ identity, sexual abuse, and white privilege.

My approach involves partnering with staff and administrators to create a culture of positive communication and conflict skills at all levels of the organization.

I facilitate conversations to address conflict, harm, and relationship repair. I offer mediation, conflict coaching, and conflict skills trainings, tailored to meet the needs of the client.
