Interested in shifting your relationship to conflict?
Let’s connect.
My work combines conflict resolution, restorative practices, and organizational change, with the goal of creating safe, respectful, and inclusive spaces for all.
-
Restorative practices have their origins in the traditions of Indigenous communities across the globe, and are rooted in a worldview of interconnected responsibility. I work with organizations and workplace teams to apply these holistic principles to strengthen relationships, create a sense of community, and repair harm when it occurs.
-
I offer trainings on implicit bias, privilege, and responding to microaggressions. I coach individuals and organizations through accountability processes designed to repair harm and heal communities. I facilitate affinity groups exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, supporting survivors of sexual abuse, and deconstructing white privilege.
-
I bring a combination of candor, gentleness, and humor to partner with leadership teams to build a culture of positive communication and conflict skills at all levels of the organization. I facilitate structured dialogue processes designed to build psychological safety, trust, and accountability. I offer leadership coaching focused on self-awareness, communication skills, and conflict management.
-
My approach is grounded in a commitment to safety, mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and accessibility. I provide mediation and dialogue facilitation to address conflict at all levels of the organization. I offer workplace trainings on a range of topics such as assertiveness, active listening, conflict resolution, mediation skills, and restorative practices.
“Important, well done workshop! [I'm taking away] stepping outside of ourselves, being aware of what we're feeling, and doing something about it as best we can.”
